Charges To Be Dropped Against Model Who Danced Naked, Taunted Police In Times Square

Krit McClean, 21, will have all charged dismissed provided he avoids further trouble with the law, remains in psychiatric treatment, and takes his medication.

McClean has been receiving psychiatric treatment after his June arrest. He was hospitalized at Bellevue.

He faced public lewdness, disorderly conduct, and exposure charges.

McClean said the incident was the result of a manic episode, saying it was the "culmination of an unaware seven days of mania which distorted reality."

McClean also thanked responding officers for their patience.

McClean's attorney said his client was "thrilled that he can now get on with his life."
