Time To Pay Up: NYC Mayor To Sing 'I Love LA' On Kimmel's Show

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) — It's time to pay up!

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio will sing "I Love L.A." on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" to settle a Stanley Cup bet.

The Kimmel show says de Blasio will also treat a studio audience in Los Angeles to New York City hot dogs on Monday night.

He made the hockey bet with Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti.

De Blasio will appear via satellite from Times Square. He'll be joined by New York City's 52nd Street Project student chorus.

Garcetti will be alongside the late night host in his Los Angeles studio.

The LA Kings won the title Friday night on home ice with a 3-2 victory over the New York Rangers.
