'Take That' Ellen: Colin Powell Posts Decades Old Selfie On Facebook

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Celebrities aren't the only ones having fun with photos.

On Thursday, former Secretary of State Colin Powell, 76, posted a picture of himself as a young man to Facebook.

Powell posted the photo and said "Throwback Thursday - I was doing selfies 60 years before you Facebook folks. Eat your heart out Ellen!"

Ellen DeGeneres tweeted a selfie from the Oscars earlier that went viral and broke a Twitter record.

Perhaps the general wants to start a "selfie" war?
