Suspect Sought In Non-Fatal Shooting In The Bronx

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - The NYPD is asking for your help in identifying and finding a man wanted in connection with a shooting in the Bronx on Saturday morning.

Police say around 7 a.m., the suspect shot a man in the left leg in a residence in the 1900 block of Walton Avenue before fleeing.

The suspect is described as Hispanic male in his mid-30s, is 5-foot-8, around 200 pounds and goes by the name Robert or Roberto. The suspect was last seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt, dark green jacket, jeans and white tennis shoes.

The victim was taken in stable condition to St. Barnabas Hospital, police said.
