Good Sunday afternoon!

The remnants of Tropical Storm Bill, which brought us the heavy rain this morning, have moved off to the northeast, and we're seeing some sunshine for this afternoon. Highs will top out in the mid to upper 80s for most.

A weak frontal passage this evening could spark an isolated shower or thunderstorm, but it doesn't look widespread. Partly cloudy skies overnight with a mild low of 72 in the city.

Summer officially arrives at 12:39 p.m. today, and it sure will be feeling like it by tomorrow! Plentiful sunshine for your Monday with highs in the upper 80s and low 90s ... 88 in Central Park. The heat continues for Tuesday, with highs around 90 in the city. Looks like some afternoon and evening thunderstorms will move through before clearing out again for Wednesday.
