Man Found Dead In Woods On Staten Island
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police found a man dead late Friday afternoon in a wooded area on Staten Island.
Officers were called at 5:56 p.m. to a wooded area near Arthur Kill Road and Arden Avenue, a short distance from the West Shore Expressway, police said.
They found the body of Timothy Beyer, 37, of Staten Island, at the scene.
Beyer was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The New York City Medical Examiner's office will determine the cause of the man's death.
