Police: Man Allegedly Stabs Victim After Argument Over Subway Seat
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a man accused of stabbing a victim allegedly after an argument over a subway seat.
The incident happened around 2:15 p.m. Sunday on the southbound 2 train in the area of Third Avenue and East 149 Street in the Bronx.
Police say the suspect and the 25-year-old victim got into an argument over a seat on the train. The suspect then reportedly stabbed the victim in the abdomen and left arm, before fleeing the station on foot.
The suspect is described as a black male, 45-50 years old, heavy set, with salt and pepper hair.
