Man Slashed In Face On Subway In SoHo

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A man was slashed in the face during an attempted robbery on the subway in SoHo Tuesday morning.
Police say the man fell asleep during the ride and woke up to find another man trying to take his belongings. That led to an argument ending with the victim being slashed, according to police.
The victim was taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital. His injuries are said to be non-life threatening.
