Young Nephew Of Fallen Sergeant Sworn In By Police Chief

1010 WINS -- The nephew of a fallen Florida police officer got quite an honor on his birthday.
Enzo Russel's uncle, Sgt. Sam Howard, was killed in the line of duty last August.
But Sgt. Howard's legacy will continue on thanks to the department's newest recruit.
Officer Russel was sworn in and even received a certificate to mark the occasion.
