In the wake of the Rams' move back to Los Angeles, we take a look at five cities that got their teams back over the years.

NOTE: The team must have its original name; hence, the Baltimore Ravens, Washington Nationals and Minnesota Wild, among others, aren't on this list.

Los Angeles Rams

The Rams originally relocated to St. Louis, but are coming back to L.A. and getting a gorgeous new stadium.

Winnipeg Jets

It's not the same franchise, but it might as well be. The Atlanta Thrashers relocated and were rebranded in the only way that would've been acceptable: as the Jets.

Cleveland Browns

An expansion team after the original Browns moved to Baltimore to became the Ravens, the latest version hasn't done much of anything since arriving on the scene.

Ottawa Senators

The original Senators competed in the NHL from 1917-1934. Ottawa got an expansion franchise that began play in 1992 and decided to reincarnate the brand.

Charlotte Hornets

The original Hornets moved to New Orleans and have since become the Pelicans, so Charlotte's expansion team, the Bobcats, took the Hornets moniker back.
