Santa Makes Early Appearance In Harlem Alongside Police Athletic League

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – A group of children got an early appearance from Santa Saturday, thanks to the Police Athletic League.

The children got gifts from St. Nick when he made a stop in Harlem.

As CBS2 reported, he came with so many presents he had to put them on a city tour bus.

He also brought some special helpers, including Miss USA and supermodel Carol Ault.

"It's just one of the many, many, many things they do during the course of the year," Police Commissioner Bill Bratton said.

This year marks the 100th anniversary for the Police Athletic League.
