Roy Halladay Takes Shot At A-Rod, Says Old Woman Has Better Swing And Is Clean
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Ouch!
Retired major league pitcher Roy Halladay took a straight shot at Yankees third baseman/designated hitter Alex Rodriguez on Monday morning.
The former Blue Jay and Phillie tweeted a picture of himself throwing to an old lady -- maybe his mother? -- and said she looks better than A-Rod in the box.
The eight-time All-Star also referenced Rodriguez's past performance-enhancing drug issues.
I recorded my first strike out since retirement! Time for a comeback? She has a better swing then Arod! No steroids pic.twitter.com/98ytAyTUy0

Halladay retired in December of 2013.
Rodriguez, who didn't play in 2014 after being suspended for the season, is 7-for-26 with two homers this spring.
