Boy Hospitalized After Being Found Without Clothes In Throggs Neck

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A reportedly non-verbal boy was found with no clothes in the Throggs Neck section of the Bronx Tuesday evening.

The boy was taken to the 45th Precinct station and then to the hospital to be evaluated, police said.

Police said the boy was found in the street in the vicinity of 2815 Dewey Ave. in the Bronx. They were unable to confirm his mental status.

People who found him attempted to contact his family but he was unable to communicate, according to social media posts.

His parents have been located.
