Recall: Makers Of Ortega Mexican Food Products Say Some Products May Contain Nuts Not Listed On Label
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – The company that makes Ortega Mexican food products is recalling some of its products because they may contain nuts not listed on the label.
B&G Foods says the recall includes several taco kits, spices and sauces.
Those allergic to nuts run the risk of life-threatening reactions if they eat the products.
Consumers are being urged to return the items to the stores where they bought them.
