NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- There's good news and bad news for the Rangers.

Bad news first: Winger Mats Zuccarello is out indefinitely with an upper-body injury.

And now for some good news.

Defenseman Kevin Klein will be ready for the second round of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Zuccarello scored 15 goals and added 34 assists for the Blueshirts in 2015. In New York's first-round series victory over the Penguins, the 5-foot-7 Norwegian had two assists and no goals.

Klein scored nine goals and had 17 assists for the Rangers this season. He didn't play in the series against the Penguins.

The Rangers will play the winner of the Islanders-Capitals series. Game 7 of that series is on Monday night at the Verizon Center.
