Police: Yorkshire Terrier Stolen From Queens Front Porch

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Police are on the prowl for a dog thief in Queens.

A man allegedly stole a Yorkshire Terrier from a front porch near 50^th Avenue and 66^th Street in Long Island City. It happened around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The following male perpetrator is #wanted in regards to a Grand Larceny of a Yorkshire Terrier. On June 5 at around 430pm the perp pictured below removed the dog from the front porch in the vicinity of 50 Ave & 66 street.

Police said they're searching for a man seen in surveillance images riding a bicycle and talking on a cellphone.
