NYPD Arrests 15-Year-Old Boy In Sex Assault Of 4-Year-Old Girl In Queens
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A 15-year-old boy is accused of breaking into a Queens apartment and molesting a 4-year-old girl.
The incident happened early Sunday morning in a home on Francis Lewis Boulevard in Rosedale.
Investigators believe the suspect used a ladder to get through a window into the second floor apartment, and then sexually assaulted the girl, police said.
The teen is charged with attempted rape, burglary and aggravated sex abuse.
