Man Wanted For Allegedly Holding Up 4 Chase Banks In Queens

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD has released surveillance images of a man wanted in connection with four bank robberies in Queens since September.

The holdups occurred at Chase banks in Hillcrest, Auburndale, Jamaica and South Ozone Park.

In each case, the suspect passed a note to the teller demanding money. Police say he's made off with a total of nearly $13,000.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
