According to the complaint, Bing posed as a singer with a band and started an online relationship with the then-14-year-old girl in 2008. Officials have not said who he was supposed to be.

The complaint alleges Bing got in touch with the girl after she sent a message to a fan website of the unidentified band.

Authorities say Bing made increasingly explicit sexual requests for the girl to send pictures and videos of herself between 2008 and 2010.
