Police: Suspects Took 71-Year-Old Woman's Wallet, Used Credit Card In The Bronx

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Friday were searching for two suspects who allegedly ripped off a 71-year-old woman's wallet in the Bronx and then used her credit card.

The woman was walking in front of 2205 Lyon Ave. in the East Bronx, when the suspects came up, grabbed her wallet from her hand and ran off, police said.

No injuries were reported.

The suspects later used the woman's credit card at the Wendy's at 2140 Westchester Ave., police said. Police have released a surveillance photo from the Wendy's.
