NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police were searching Wednesday for two suspects who allegedly pointed a gun at a 1-year-old child's head as they robbed the residents of a home in Brooklyn.

As 1010 WINS' Holli Haerr reported, police said around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, the suspects walked into a home on East 49th Street in the 67th Precinct, which includes Flatlands and East Flatbush, Brooklyn.

The suspects picked up the 1-year-old boy and pointed the gun at him, as they threatened to take the child if the four adults in the home did not comply with their demands, police said.
