Police: Suspect Sprayed Anti-Semitic Graffiti Outside Staten Island School

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Tuesday released a surveillance video of suspect allegedly spraying anti-Semitic graffiti in front of a Staten Island school.

The incident happened at 10:54 p.m. this past Friday in front of the Blessed Sacrament School, at 830 Delafield Ave. in the port Richmond section of Staten Island.

The suspect sprayed anti-Semitic graffiti on the steps of the school, police said. Police did not specify the content of the graffiti.

The suspect was described only as a white male. He is shown bending forward and spraying the stairs in the surveillance video.

Anyone with information was asked to call the NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS, log onto the Crime Stoppers website, or text tips to 274637 (CRIMES) and enter TIP577.
