Police Seek Man In Connection With Queens Slashing

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is asking for the public's help in identifying and locating a man who they said assaulted a teenager in Queens last week.

On April 9, at around 4 p.m. the suspect slashed an 18-year-old male near his face in the vicinity of 62 Avenue and Yellowstone Boulevard, police said.

The victim sustained lacerations above his right ear, which required stitches.

He was treated and released from an area hospital, police said.
