Police Search For Suspects After 2 Men Slashed In Clinton

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are searching for a pair of knife-wielding robbers after a frightening confrontation on a Manhattan sidewalk.

The incident occurred on Ninth Avenue at 51st Street in front of the Vynl restaurant around 7 a.m. Monday.

A 22-year-old man was slashed on the face and a 24-year-old man was slashed on the wrist, CBS 2 reported.

It is unknown what was taken from the victims.
