Police Search For Suspect In Subway Groping Incident

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Police are searching for a man accused of groping a woman on the subway Tuesday.

Police say the victim, a 31-year-old woman, was on a southbound No. 4 train at the Lexington Avenue-E. 42nd Street station around 5:50 p.m. when the suspect grabbed her buttocks.

The woman took a photo of the suspect before he fled the station.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his 40s, about 185 pounds and 5-foot-9 with a medium complexion and "salt and pepper" hair. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt and gray jacket.
