Police Search For Man Who Attacked Woman At Brooklyn Subway Station

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are on the hunt for a man who they said attacked a woman at a Brooklyn subway station last month.

According to authorities, the 23-year-old victim had walked into the Ralph Avenue subway station located at Fulton Street and Ralph Avenue at around 4:40 a.m. on June 7 when the suspect attacked her.

Police said the unknown male grabbed her breasts and attempted to removed the victim's shirt while threatening her with a pair of scissors.

The victim struggled and screamed, causing the suspect the flee the station, police said.

No injuries were sustained by the victim as a result of the incident, police said.

Authorities described the suspect as a black male, approximately 25 years old, 5'07" in height, and about 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing a pink shirt, gray slacks and black shoes, police said.
