Police: Man Took Upskirt Video Of Woman In Midtown East
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police were searching Monday for a man allegedly took upskirt video of a 19-year-old woman while riding through Midtown East on a bicycle.
Around 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, the suspect rode up to the woman in front of 949 Third Ave., near 57th Street, and placed a video camera under her dress while the camera was recording, police said.
The woman confronted the man, and he rode off, police said.
Police have released a photo of the suspect, wearing what appears to be a fishing hat and with some kind of gear strapped to his chest.
