Police: Man Struck Bodega Clerk In The Bronx

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police were searching Friday night for a suspect who attacked a bodega clerk in the Bronx last week.

Around 10:05 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, the suspect walked into the bodega at 2 E. 181st St. in the Bronx and hit the clerk before taking off with a soda, police said.

The suspect was described as a black male about 19 years old, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds. Police released a surveillance video of the attack in action.
