Police: Man Shot Dead In East Harlem Housing Development

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A 29-year-old man was fatally shot inside the East River Houses development in East Harlem on Tuesday, police said.

Police told WCBS 880 they responded to a call around 1 p.m. about a man being shot in a fifth-floor hallway at 433 E. 102nd St.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, cops said.

There were no immediate suspects, authorities said.
