Police: Worker Extricated From Collapsed Construction Trench In Middlesex County

WOODBRIDGE, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Authorities in Middlesex County, New Jersey scrambled to save a worker who fell into a construction trench Wednesday afternoon.

Woodbridge Township Police say the man fell into the trench which collapsed around 4 p.m. near the intersection of Lancaster and Jordan Roads.

 

The worker was Medevaced to Trinitas Regional Medical Center. His condition wasn't immediately known.
