Police: Man, 69, Stabbed To Death In Morris Heights, The Bronx

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The search was on Tuesday night for the suspect who stabbed a man to death in a Bronx building.

The 69-year-old man was stabbed around 5:30 p.m. in the building at 1750 Davidson Ave., in the Morris Heights section of the Bronx, police said.

He was wounded multiple times in the torso, police said.

The man was pronounced dead a short time afterward at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center, police said.

There was no description available for the perpetrator, who escaped the scene, police said.
