Police Investigate Robbery At Chase Bank In Bohemia

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are investigating after a robbery that occurred at a Chase Bank on Long Island Saturday.

According to Suffolk County police, the suspect entered the bank at 5191-6 Sunrise Hwy. in Bohemia at around 12:20 p.m., approached the teller and produced a note that demanded cash.

The teller complied and handed over crash from the drawer, police said.

The suspect fled westbound on foot through the parking lot.

Police described the man as black, between 5'2" and 5'3" tall, with a thin build.

He was wearing a dark blue winter coat, a black-knit hat, a gray scarf and black sunglasses.
