Police: Girl, 14, Has Been Missing From Coram, L.I. Home Since Monday

CORAM, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- Police in Suffolk County were asking for help from the public Wednesday evening in finding a teen who had been missing for more than 60 hours.

Destiny Jasmine, 14, of Coram, was last seen at 6:50 a.m. Monday, police said.

She left her home on foot and was wearing black sweat pants, black sandals, and a pink shirt, police said.

Jasmine was described as a light-skinned black female, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 200 pounds.

Police have released Jasmine's photo.

Anyone with information about Jasmine's whereabouts was asked to call Suffolk County Sixth Squad detectives at (631) 854-8652, or make an anonymous call to Crime Stoppers at (800) 220-TIPS.
