Police: Bronx Teen Fatally Shot On Easter Morning
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) -- Police say a teenager was gunned down on a Bronx street early Easter Sunday.
Jose Velasquez, 19, was shot in the torso and neck in a west Bronx neighborhood just before dawn.
Velasquez was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
So far, there have been no arrests in the case. Police said the investigation is ongoing.
Velasquez lived in the South Bronx.
