NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police have arrested one of two suspects who allegedly stole an iPhone from a Hell's Kitchen venue, and sent a photo of themselves to the victim's mother.

Fethi Nekrouf, 18, of Brooklyn, was charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, police said.

Around 11:30 p.m. Thursday, April 17, the suspects took an iPhone from someone at 605 W. 48th St., police said. The Stage 48 nightclub and music venue is located at the address.
