Police: 2 Women Slashed On Upper West Side Street

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Two women are recovering after they were slashed Saturday afternoon on the Upper West Side.

According to police, a woman had attacked the pair at Amsterdam Avenue and 88th Street around 3:30 p.m., CBS 2 reported.

One of the women suffered a slash to her arm. The other was cut on the wrist.

Both are listed in stable condition at Saint Lukes Hospital.

Police said the attacker managed to get away, but that they do know her identity.
