VIDEO: Small Plane Crashes Near Connecticut Airport

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Surveillance cameras captured a small plane crash in Plainville, Connecticut.
The FAA says the single engine Cessna veered off of runway 2 during a landing at the Robertson Field Airport Monday morning.
Video showed the plane strike a tree before slamming into the ground in a nearby parking lot.
The pilot suffered minor injuries.
The plane is registered to a flight school based at the airport.
The crash is now under investigation.
