Celebration Of Passover Begins Saturday Evening

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The celebration of Passover began Saturday.

The holiday got underway at sundown with Jewish families sitting down for the traditional Seder meal.

Last year, most families had to cancel their usual gathering due to the pandemic.

That's still true for many this year, but vaccinations mean more families can now get together in person.
