One Man Dead, Another Critical In Bronx Double Shooting

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The New York City Police Department is investigating an apparent double shooting in the Bronx that left one man dead and another seriously wounded.

Police responded to the intersection of E. 175th St. and Weeks Ave. around 6:30 p.m. When they arrived on scene they discovered a 41 year old male deceased from at least one gunshot wound.

Another 25 year old male was shot twice in the face and once in the torso. He was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital where he's currently critical.

Police tell CBS2 no arrests have been made as they continue to search for a motive in the shooting.

The investigation is ongoing at this time.
