SEE IT: Odell Beckham Jr. Hugs Kicking Net After Touchdown

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Is this a sign that Odell Beckham Jr. has turned over a new leaf?

After scoring his first touchdown of the season Sunday night at Green Bay, the Giants wide receiver ran to the sideline and gave a kicking net a hug.

Two weeks earlier, a frustrated Beckham struck a kicking net with his helmet. The net then swung back toward Beckham, its bar hitting him in the face and leaving a scratch.

"We hugged it out. Last time I hit him, he hit me back," Beckham said after the game. "I told him it was a good hit. I said, 'From now on, we can be friends.'"

Beckham had five receptions for 56 yards and the touchdown in the game, but the Giants lost, 23-16.
