NYPD Officers Save Baby Squirrel From Cold, Windy Conditions
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- NYPD officers not only protect the people of New York City, sometimes they serve at-risk animals too.
That was the case Thursday when members of the 19th Precinct saved a baby squirrel from the cold.

The animal fell out of its wind-blown nest.
It was taken to NYC's Animal Care Center for evaluation.
