NYPD: Knife-Wielding Robber Targets Several Chain Restaurants In Queens

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is searching for a knife-wielding robber who has targeted several chain restaurants in Queens.

Investigators said the suspect has struck at least three times since May 11.

In the first incident, police said he stole $500 at a Carvel on Metropolitan Avenue near Forest Hills.

Last Monday, he allegedly stole $600 from a Dunkin' Donuts near Flushing Hospital.

Two days later, police said he stole more than $700 from a Howard Beach Dunkin' Donuts on Cross Bay Boulevard.
