The flagship of the Bromberg Bros. Blue Ribbon empire is often a late-night hangout for chefs and restaurant industry folks from all over the city. The incredibly fresh oysters, expertly shucked, are one of the main attractions for its picky patronage of chefs and foodies.

Grand Central Oyster Bar has mastered the art of selling super-fresh, reasonably priced oysters from both the East and West Coasts. It's no surprise since they've been around since 1913 and are one of the oldest remaining oyster bars in the city. Their enormous selection changes daily.
