From flooding to downed trees, Wednesday's rain wreaked havoc on some parts of the Tri-State Area.

There were times when that rain was coming down heavily, and the wind made things that much worse.

Wednesday night, NJ Transit said rail service in and out of New York City's Penn Station was delayed by up to an hour due to weather-related power issues in one of Amtrak's Hudson River tunnels.
