Survey: 45% Of Manhattan Office Workers Expected To Return To Workplace By September

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Nearly half of Manhattan's 1 million office workers will return to the city by fall.

A survey by the Partnership for New York City found that 10% of workers returned to the workplace in March and 45% are expected to return by September.

Fourteen percent of employers, however, say they do not know when the majority of employees will be back in the office.

Employers also expect that 56% of office workers will continue to work remotely at least part of the time.
