NYC Man Admits To Enticing NJ Teen To Send Him Inappropriate Photos

NEWARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) - Federal prosecutors in New Jersey say a New York City man solicited a teenage girl to send him photos of her genitals and used an online site to advertise sexual encounters with the child.

Gabriel Toro, a 31-year-old resident of the Bronx, pleaded guilty to online enticement of a minor to engage in criminal sexual conduct in court on Tuesday. He faces at least 10 years in prison when he's sentenced June 25 and will have to register as a sex offender.

Between December 2011 and August 2014, Toro used the internet to convince a 14-year-old girl to take pictures of her genitals and send the photos to him.

He also distributed images of the girl to another person and posted online ads for people to have sex with her for money.
