8/30 Tuesday Afternoon Weather Headlines

We've got another stellar afternoon on tap as high pressure settles in. And if you need a break from those 90s, then today's your day -- we'll only do the mid 80s or so. Enjoy!

It should stay mostly clear tonight. But our dew points will be on the rise, so it will feel slightly more humid towards dawn. Expect temps to fall into the low 70s.

We'll see a few more clouds in the mix tomorrow with a stickier feel in place. And we could see a late day shower or storm, but the bulk of the activity should hold off until the nighttime hours.

We'll still be at risk for a little wet weather in the morning on Thursday. As for highs that day, they'll probably only be in the low 80s.

After that, a broad area of high pressure will work its way in for the holiday weekend.
