Disabled Train In Hudson Tunnel Causes NJ TRANSIT Delays
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- NJ TRANSIT commuters headed to Penn Station faced a morning of delays due to a disabled train in the Hudson Tunnel.
NJ TRANSIT said passengers faced delays of up to 45 minutes Wednesday morning.
