5 People Shot In Newark As Large Amount Of Marijuana Found At Scene

NEWARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Five people were shot, two of them critically, at a house in Newark on Monday evening.

It happened around 7:30 p.m. on Isabella Avenue, about 1,500 feet from the Garden State Parkway.

Some of the victims were found inside the house, while others were outside.

Police said they found a large amount of marijuana and also recovered four guns at the scene.

There is no word on a motive and no suspects.
