Inwood Public Library Celebrates Sunday Service With 'Suddenly Shakespeare'

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The New York Public Library was recently given a $43 million shot in the arm, giving them enough money to keep four more library branches open on Sundays.

As 1010 WINS' Carol D'Auria reported, celebrating the Sunday service at the Inwood branch in Manhattan, library members were treated to a program called "Suddenly Shakespeare."

Donna Kendall Stearns presented four Shakespeare monologues.

The other library branches that will now be open on Sunday include Jefferson Market, Park Chester and Grand Concourse.
